Associated Builders and Contractors

ABC is a national organization representing over 23,000 merit shop construction and construction-related firms. The organization serves as a voice to government and the media.

 

ABC “encourages open competition and a free-enterprise approach that awards contracts based solely on merit, regardless of labor affiliation.”

ASME-The American Society of  Mechanical Engineers

ASME is a “professional  organization focused on technical, educational and research issues of the  engineering and technology community. ASME sets internationally recognized industrial and manufacturing codes and standards that enhance  public safety.”

California League of Food Processing

The CLFP represents the interests of California’s fruit and vegetable processing industry to the California and Federal legislature.  CLFP's purpose is to foster a favorable environment for the growth and strength of the industry within the state.

Construction Craft Training Center

CCTC is Northern California’s leading non-profit construction training school, also serving as ABC’s training arm. The Center offers comprehensive programs including: construction crafts, safety, task training and journeyman upgrade, instrumentation and California Electrical Certification preparation.

ICC-The International Code Council

The International Code Council (ICC) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to maintaining a single set of comprehensive and coordinated national model construction codes.

The American Society for Enology and Viticulture

The American Society for Enology and Viticulture (the sciences of winemaking and grape growing), is a non-profit, scientific society dedicated to the interests of enologists, viticulturists, and others in the fields of wine and grape research and production throughout the world.

California Contractor’s Alliance

CCA is an eleven-member alliance of specialized contractors dedicated to promoting a positive community image for both its members and the industry. Alliance members actively participate in the legislative process to ensure equal opportunities.

CCA supports local communities in many ways, including providing educational support for high school graduates and college students through scholarship opportunities.

National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors

The NBBI was created to promote greater safety to life and property through uniformity in the construction, installation, repair, maintenance, and inspection of boilers and pressure vessels.
