Our Integrated Approach: Each of our branches is headed by a topnotch division manager. These division managers work shoulder-to-shoulder with every estimator and project manager to ensure that project milestones, budget guidelines and safety requirements are met on every job. Across the board, from our seasoned in-house fabricators to our onsite craftspeople and construction teams, you can count on us.

UCI Construction, Inc.’s in-house human resources, IT and accounting departments are just as important to our success. They work closely with the field managers, processing and tracking all projects efficiently and promptly. In addition, our team building approach extends way beyond our doors. We work very collaboratively with our clients, engineers, subcontractors and outside vendors.
