Sherwin Williams Plant

We installed all of the process piping and set all of the tanks,
mixers, and mechanical equipment.

Contract Value was 8.2 million for the mechanical scope of work.

​

This project consisted of 98,000 lineal feet of piping. The majority
was stainless steel ranging from 1/2” to 6” pipe.

There were 2,300 automated control valves installed on the
project.

PPG Architectural Finishes Reno Plant

UCI was responsible for the installation of all process equipment and
process piping. Contract value for the process piping and equipment was
4.5 million.

Project consisted of approximately 55,000 lineal feet of stainless steel
piping.

This was a new plant and all supports, pipe racks, hangers, and structural
steel was installed by UCI.

Ripon Paper Mill Demolition Project

UCI Removed all components to the existing Paper Machine.

The machine was transported by highway to Shafter Ca. For reinstallation.

Installation of 2 Solar Turbine Gas Turbine Units - McKittrick, CA

​UCI Set 2 Each Solar Turbine Units for an oilfield client and also installed. The HRSG sections as well for steam Recovery.

Scope included the setting of all process equipment and installation

of piping. Installed all ASME “S” Stamp Piping
